These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AGD Games. By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the security of your account and password, and for activity that occurs through your account. You may not impersonate another person or use a misleading member name.
2. Community Access
AGD Games is a private community. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated by an administrator when necessary to protect the community, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, or maintain the security and operation of the service.
3. Member Conduct
You agree not to use AGD Games to harass others, violate applicable law, interfere with the website or its security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or otherwise misuse the service.
4. Member Content
You remain responsible for content you submit. By submitting content to AGD Games, you grant us permission to store, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the community. Administrators may remove content that violates these Terms or community rules.
5. Email and SMS Communications
AGD Games may send account-related emails necessary to operate your account. You may separately choose optional email and SMS notifications about newly published community posts.
AGD Games Text Alerts
By selecting the SMS consent checkbox on your Account page and saving your preferences, you agree to receive automated text notifications from AGD Games about new admin posts at your provided mobile number. SMS consent is optional and is not required for membership or purchase. Creating an account alone does not constitute SMS consent.
Message frequency varies with admin posts. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out. You can also turn off SMS notifications on your Account page and save your preferences.
Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@agd-games.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or error.
7. Disclaimer
AGD Games is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no guarantee that all information posted by community members is accurate, complete, or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AGD Games and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When appropriate, the effective date will be updated. Continued use of AGD Games after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
