This Privacy Policy explains how AGD Games collects, uses, and protects information when you create an account or use the private AGD Games community.
1. Information We Collect
When you register, we collect information such as your member name, email address, mobile phone number, password-related authentication information, registration date, and account verification information. Your password itself is not available to AGD Games administrators.
We may also maintain account information such as your account status, email and SMS notification preferences, last login time, and internal administrative notes used to manage the community.
2. Content and Activity
We store content and activity associated with your use of the community, including comments you submit and administrative records necessary to operate, secure, and moderate the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provide access to the community, communicate with members, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, enforce community rules, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, and operate and improve AGD Games.
4. Information Visible to Other Members
Other members may see your chosen member name and content you post in areas of the community available to them. Your email address, phone number, administrative notes, and other private account information are not intended to be visible to ordinary members.
5. Service Providers
AGD Games uses third-party service providers to operate the website and related services, including providers for website hosting, database and authentication services, email and SMS delivery, security and bot protection, and other technical infrastructure. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf. We do not provide mobile phone numbers or SMS messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Email Communications
We may send transactional emails related to your account, such as email verification and password recovery messages. If you opt in to community post notifications, you may also receive notification emails. Optional email post notifications can be turned off through your account or through the unsubscribe option included with those emails.
7. SMS Communications and Mobile Information
AGD Games offers optional automated text alerts about new admin posts. Providing a phone number during registration does not enroll you in SMS alerts. To opt in, you must select the SMS consent checkbox on your Account page and save your preferences. SMS notifications default to off and are separate from email notifications.
We use your mobile number and SMS consent information to manage your messaging preferences and deliver requested alerts. SMS consent is optional and is not required for membership or purchase. Message frequency varies with admin posts. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information only to service providers, such as Twilio and mobile carriers, as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service.
You can turn off SMS notifications on your Account page and save your preferences, or reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@agd-games.com.

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect account information. However, no online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the community, maintain security and administrative records, resolve disputes, enforce rules, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When appropriate, the effective date shown above will be updated to reflect the revised policy.
